As you move through this kit, you’ll want to have three journals or notebooks – one for the Recovery Journal section, one for the Life Design & Look Book section, and one for the Eating & Recovery section.

You could also put them in a single binder, so long as there’s plenty of space and a dedicated section for each. Oh, and don’t forget your favourite pens!

Alternatively, you could create online journals, but I encourage you to put pen to paper if possible – at least for one of the journals if not all.

You’ll also need some extra materials for your Look Book, but nothing you can’t find for cheap or free.
